Consultation:

Stage This House! will come to the home and do a thorough inspection - inside and outside. Within 24 hours, the Seller will be provided a written, detailed, step-by-step plan with recommendations of what needs to be done in every room and outdoors. With a consultation, the Seller does the work, which makes this the most affordable option for staging a home.

Staging Bid:

A staging bid is provided when Stage This House! will be doing the staging. A staging bid is free and there is no obligation. We prepare a proposal that lists the rooms to be staged and the services that will be provided. The bid proposal includes a monthly inventory rental fee and a staging fee. The staging fee and monthly rental will vary depending on the size of the home and the amount of work to be done. Stage This House! will stage as much, or as little, as the Seller requires in order to sell the house quickly and for top dollar.

Occupied Homes:

When staging an occupied home, Stage This House! will work with the Seller's furniture and furnishings.

Vacant Homes:

With a vacant house, Stage This House! can stage the entire house or a few key areas, whichever meets the needs of the Seller.

Staging Redesign / Staged to Live;

Stage This House! offers myriad of services for homeowner's who are not moving, but have decorating needs. We will redecorate, organize, declutter, arrange furniture, pack and/or unpack, and personal shop. Stage This House! can do all of the work, or will work along with the homeowner. Staging Redesign / Staged to Live is billed at an hourly rate.
