La Nell Haynie is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP), who incorporates the values of integrity and honesty in her home staging services. Earning both an ASP and CSP designation means that La Nell has studied the proven techniques of staging homes through two detailed training coarses which encompass specific concepts of home staging.

As an experienced stager, La Nell has staged more than 100 homes for homeowners, Realtors, builders, and investors - including many model homes. Stage This House! services include: Consultations, Staging Bid, Staging of Occupied and Vacant Houses and Redesign/Designed to Live.

In 2006, La Nell received the staging designation of an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) through Staged Homes and in 2008 received another staging certification through Certified Staging Professionals (CSP).

Currently, La Nell is a member in good standing of Certified Staging Professionals, Staged Homes and the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

La Nell is a past member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).

As one of two stagers responsible for establishing the Austin Regional Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, La Nell served as Vice President of the chapter in 2006 and was the chapter President in 2007.

La Nell has served as Ambassador for the Austin Regional Chapter - IASHP in 2006 and 2007 for World Wide Staging Service Week. This is an annual charity event when stagers from all over the country stop their normal work schedule and come together to give back to their community. They do this by offering staging services to families or organizations who might not have funds available for staging. As Ambassador, La Nell was the chapter member who coordinated these events.
